Chris Coffey
CEO and President
Chris co-founded Construction Protective Services in 1989, Commercial Protective Services in 1996
and eCamSecure in 2000. Chris is responsible for creating, developing and communicating the vision,
goals and future of the company, building the company into the security industry's leading provider
of service, technology and value added solutions.
Bob Coffey
Vice President
Bob co-founded Construction Protective Services in 1989, Commercial Protective Services in 1996 and
eCamSecure in 2000.
Bill Babcock
Chief Financial Officer
Bill joined CPS Security in June 1999 and oversees the accounting and financial functions for the
company. He has a CPA and more than 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance
as well as over 10 years experience in the service industry. Bill has a Bachelor's degree from
the University of Michigan and a Master's degree from the American Graduate School of International
Management.
Scott R. Barnes
Executive Vice President, Vice President of Human Resources
Scott Barnes, SPHR, comes to us with approximately 20 years in human resources and is a member of
the board of directors at CPS. Scott has a BS in Marketing & Management from Bentley School of
Accounting and Finance, Boston and has acquired numerous advanced certifications in Human Resources
from UCLA, LMU, and Cal State Dominguez. Primary responsibilities include direct oversight of the
HR Department, Risk Management, Training and Development, East & West Coast Regional Managers, Sales,
and eCam Secure. Specifically, Scott spends the majority of his time on strategic planning,
communicating goals and objectives, measuring performance, developing policies and procedures,
employee relations issues and managing the daily operations of the corporate office.
Luis Vera
Director of Transportation
Luis is responsible for our Transportation Operations, which includes audit of trailer sites,
eCam sites, vehicles, rentals, replacement vehicles, golf-carts, licenses, delivery, and the
maintenance of vehicles. Luis started his career at CPS Security in 1987 as a security officer,
was promoted to Trailer Supervisor in 1988, and was promoted to his current position in 1998.
His objective is to provide our customers with exceptional service, by thoroughly understanding
each client's specific needs; effectively communicating these needs to our security officers and
trailer supervisors; and by ensuring that every task required at each jobsite is successfully executed
to our clients' satisfaction. Luis is also in charge of the production of new trailers and mobile
surveillance units as well as the coordination of their delivery as scheduled.
